Student Opportunity and Events

Go City education scholarship

Go City is giving one lucky winner the chance to explore attractions for free! Check out top museums and must-see landmarks, learn from the locals on a walking tour, or discover something you didn’t even know existed. The winner will also receive a one-time £3,000 academic scholarship award to put towards all those University musts. Whether you want to pay for accommodation, or finally get a copy of that expensive textbook, how it’s spent is up to you. Find out more and apply by 30 April.

Let's Talk About Classism

Let's Talk about Classism is a campaign run by your Widening Participation Officer throughout Term 3, to encourage and allow space to come together and discuss the impact of class and socioeconomic status on the opportunities and experiences of Warwick students. The campaign will explore 3 key themes: Higher Education Communities, Student Experience, and Graduate Outcomes. Get involved with Let’s Talk About Classism, and find out more, by viewing the Campaigns Page.

International Dance Workshop

Join us this Wednesday 26 April, 1pm-3.15pm, for a chance to learn Argentine Tango and Indian Classical Dance! They’re all beginner-friendly sessions, so open to everyone, and no experience is required. Society members will teach you how to be a dancer. Check the schedule details and find out more.
