Support, safety and community
Message of support during the ongoing conflict in Sudan
We are deeply concerned by the ongoing conflict in Sudan, and our thoughts are with those impacted by the violence. We have reached out directly to students who may be impacted but want to remind you that if you’re affected in any way, please reach out for support.
Supporting your wellbeing during exams and assessments
Feelings of stress and anxiety is a normal part of the exam and assessment period, but that’s why it’s important to take a break from studying and prioritise your mental and physical wellbeing. Hear from Warwick student Sej Patel as she shares her tips for looking after your wellbeing during exam season, or join a Breathwork Workshop to learn more about different breathing techniques designed to help you de-stress, feel calmer and more focused. Wellbeing and Student Support also offer a range of self-help resources and the opportunity to join face-to-face drop-in sessions where you can learn about practical tools and techniques to help optimise your mental health in the run-up to exams.
If you would like to speak to someone at Wellbeing, please access our Wellbeing Portal where you can join a virtual queue for a brief consultation with an adviser in person or via Microsoft teams, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.
