Industrial action
Please see the latest FAQs on the Industrial Action Hub. We will continue to share relevant updates on the Hub and via email over the coming weeks.
Results and optional resits
This is a reminder that you can find out when your end-of-year results will be released, depending on your year of study. If you have passed enough credits overall to progress to the next level of study or to graduate, but have failed one or more modules, then you may be offered the opportunity to take an optional reassessment as a capped resit or an uncapped further first attempt (FFA) for those modules, if offered by your course examination board.
Find out more, including how to opt in or out of optional reassessments, if you're a finalist or non-finalist student.
Library loan update
Library fines can put a financial burden on students. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we introduced a fines amnesty, and we are pleased to announce that we will now remove fines permanently as a means of managing the supply of Library materials. We are also going further by relaxing borrowing entitlements and loan periods for Warwick students and staff, with changes introduced from 3 July. Read more here.

Support, safety and community
Summer opening times
If you're on campus over the summer break, many of our outlets and services are still available, including Wellbeing and Student Support. If you're not around campus, you can still speak to the Wellbeing team online. Click here to see our summer opening times.
Resonate Festival 2023
The 2023 Resonate Festival is coming to Warwick on 5, 6 and 8 July! We will be welcoming local and regional communities to campus to take part in a range of activities, from circus skills workshops to science demonstrations, alongside talks from internal and external speakers. The Festival is a celebration of our staff, students and local community. Make sure you come along, and if you'd like to volunteer or take part in any of the workshops, register your expression of interest.
Extra waste collection in Leamington
There will be an extra waste collection in Leamington this Saturday 1 July, on the streets listed here. Please put your refuse out as you normally would on the day of collection.
RAWKUS food collection
RAWKUS is a project that aims to save food surplus from kitchens across campus when students leave halls at the end of the term/year. Tonnes of food and other items have been saved from ending up in the bin and have been given to local charities and food banks.
This is only made possible by having volunteers willing to spend some time to help, so we are looking for volunteers who are available on 1 and 2 July to join this fantastic initiative. Please sign up today.
Togetherall
Togetherall is a free peer-support forum, available 24/7. If you aren’t yet a member, and you feel like you need a place to talk, please sign up with Togetherall using your Warwick email address.
