Hello Jemima

Welcome back to term 3, we hope you had a great Easter break. With summer exams and assessments approaching, if you’re back in your term time accommodation, you may be looking for study space for your online learning and revision. We know the Library is a popular place to study and that study spaces are in high demand, so we’ve opened additional spaces this term.

You’ll be able to see study space availability for most spaces on the MyWarwick app. The additional spaces we’ve opened will not appear on the app so you’ll need to check the timetable outside teaching rooms or if the timetable isn’t available, speak to a Student Experience Ambassador (SEA). The SEA team move around all locations on campus throughout the day. If you need help, there will always be members of the team based at Rootes, the Library and the Oculus.

Read on to find out about the study spaces that are open, for a reminder of the guidance you need to follow to keep everyone safe and for more information on exams preparation.

Staying safe

In addition, take a look at our community responsibilities as a reminder of how to keep yourself and our community safe. When using study spaces, please remember to:

Exams and assessments

Summer Exams Timetable

The Summer Exams Timetable is now available and can be accessed on the Exams Website.

Please note that if you have exams in the summer you should have already received an email from the Exams team with information about accessing your personal timetable. This will have been sent to your Warwick email address.

In the event that you believe any information in your email and/or timetable is incorrect, please contact your department in the first instance. If you have not received the above email please contact the Exams team.

The Alternative Exams Portal (AEP) guidance pages have recently been updated. You may also find it helpful to take another look at the Exams and Assessment FAQs, preparation advice and support you can access. The Covid mitigation package outlines the support available for assessments to mitigate the impact of potential disruption caused by the pandemic.

Remember to check availability on the app and study space website, and speak to the SEAs if you need help finding a space on campus.

Best wishes,
Warwick Student Communications Team
