If you are not a UK or Irish national, you may need an e-Visa soon. The UK Home Office is changing the way in which non-UK/Irish nationals prove their immigration status in the UK. The new system will gradually replace physical documents with a digital status known as ‘e-Visa’. Watch this 2-minute video and read our Immigration news article for further information.

Academic Integrity and avoiding plagiarism
As a member of our academic community here at Warwick, it is important that you work with a high level of academic integrity. Find out more about academic integrity as you complete assessments and revise for exams. You’ll find resources and support available to you including advice sessions, Moodles, Academic Support Librarians, or have a chat with your personal tutor.
Personalised timetables and seat numbers
Personalised timetables (including seat numbers) for the main Summer exams (13 May – 21 June) and the Degree Apprenticeship exams (24 - 28 June) are now available. Please note, if you have recently de-registered from a module and this is still appearing in your personalised timetable, you may simply disregard this entry. If you have any queries regarding your personalised timetable, please contact your home department in the first instance.
Online exams
The University is running a mixture of online and in-person exams. Online exams are taking place in both the Alternative Exams Portal (AEP) and the Warwick Assessment System (WAS). You can find out whether your exam is in WAS, AEP or in-person by looking at your timetable.
Taking trial online exams
Trial assessments are being made available for students taking examinations in the Summer via the AEP. These are not marked, but will give you a practice run of engaging with the AEP ahead of starting your examinations. We highly recommend you attempt the trial assessment, as it will help you feel more confident. You will also be able to access trial exams in WAS two weeks before your exam takes place. Read more about how to take your trial exams here.
Preparing for exams and assessments
Don’t forget to visit our preparing for assessments page, where you can find resources, advice, study sessions, Library events and more. You can also learn more about how Academic Support Librarians can help you to better utilise Library resources and improve your academic referencing.

Blog:
My top study spaces at Warwick
“As exams are coming up soon, I decided to compile a list of my top study spots at Warwick. I tend to find it hard to concentrate on studying in very loud or very quiet environments, as such my list of study spaces will be tailored around that.”
