Your Week 4 Newsletter

Hi everyone, and welcome back to your student newsletter. This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and with exams well underway, it's important to ensure you're taking steps to look after your mental wellbeing.

We're sharing a variety of events and activities for you to get involved in during study breaks, plus tips and blogs from fellow students, and details of the support available to you. Don't forget, the Wellbeing and Student Support team offer in-person and online consultations from Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, but talking about mental health and wellbeing is important all year round. We want you to know about all of the resources and support available to you, plus a whole host of activities and events for you to enjoy during study breaks this week and beyond.

Elections

The Students’ Union’s Summer Elections are just around the corner, and next week you have the chance to cast your vote. Voting opens on Monday at 9am and the SU are giving out £50 Aldi gift cards to four voters. Be sure to make your mark!
