The way printing services are provided at the University is changing. The in-house printing resource known as Warwick Print will be closing at the end of July, with final orders being taken until 28 June. After this date, Warwick Print will no longer be available for printing needs. Find out more here, inlcuding your options for dissertation printing and binding.

Researcher Development Summer Programme
The Researcher Development Summer Programme is taking place from 10 June. You can now sign up for the programme on SkillsForge. This summer, we have included three main themes which are Careers, Conferences and Transitions.
If you are heading off to your first conference, or about to chair for the first time, our Conferences theme will support you. Whether you want a career in the industry, third sector, or academia, our Careers theme will provide you with guidance to prepare. Our Transitions theme will aid you with your visas, help you with writing for publications or your thesis, and help you to gain the confidence and skills to deal with stresses.

What is it to explain? Which kinds of reasons are we after when ask for an explanation? And do we all – people working in social sciences, the humanities, and STEM subjects – mean the same when we talk about explanations? All members of Warwick's academic and professional community are welcome to this event on 10 June, 10am–2pm. Lunch will be provided. Register here!

WMS, SLS, and Psychology are relaunching ReproducibiliTea, a forum dedicated to fostering discussions on reproducibility in scientific research. On 12 June, we are hosting Professor Dorothy Bishop, a leading figure in the reproducibility movement from the University of Oxford, for a special guest lecture, entitled ‘How science done badly leads to canonisation of false facts’. We are inviting research assistants, PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers to register their interest for a workshop aiming to explore and prioritise the challenges related to the wellbeing of early career researchers.
