Our PG Tips series continues to take place this term with upcoming sessions on 'Three things to kickstart your dissertation' as well as 'Interview skills and advice' with the Student Opportunity Team. PG Tips takes place every Tuesday from 3 - 3.45 pm. Find out more about our upcoming sessions.

Looking ahead to learning and teaching in the new academic year 2021-22, we'll continue to prioritise your safety and wellbeing. We'll maintain our blended learning experience - face-to-face teaching integrated with online learning - but our approach will need to be flexible as we listen to Government guidance and adapt our approach accordingly. Campus Pride

With the global pandemic still resulting in the restriction of LGBTQ+ events, marches and festivals this summer, Campus Pride is back for a second year to offer a digital celebration of LGBTQ+ history, people, culture and related topics for staff in higher education and students across the UK. Find out more.

Bike Week 2021

Our vision towards 2030 is to continue building the most active campus community in the UK, keeping our communities active.

Bike Week is a national initiative to encourage more people to get involved with cycling and it runs from 30 May – 6 June 2021. Find out more about the programme, and explore Coventry Transport Museum's "Gearing Up: From Saddle to Spoke" Online Exhibition until 13 June
.

As part of our transport and mobility strategy, there are many cycling routes you can take to get to campus. Our Unicycles are also available to hire to easily travel across campus throughout the day.

Join in our first-ever Giving Day

Giving Day is Warwick’s online fundraising challenge. For 36 hours on 27-28 May 2021, we’re calling all alumni, students, staff and friends to join together towards a common goal of supporting the University. From helping students access a Warwick Education to tackling future pandemics or inspiring the next generation to explore the unknown, any donations will make a difference.

Student Opportunity and Events

Study City of Culture

Did you know you can study subjects to do with the City of Culture as part of your degree? If you’re a student going into your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, you can choose to do an interdisciplinary course through the Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL), subject to department approval. Find out more about the available City of Culture Modules.

Enabling Diversity in Access to Higher Education and at Work

Join alumni Elham Fardad (Founder and CEO of the charity Migrant Leaders) and Justin Onuekwusi (Head of Retail Multi-Asset Funds, LGIM) on Friday 18 June, as they speak with Warwick’s Director of Social Inclusion, Kulbir Shergill about how individuals and organisations can enable diversity in higher education and the workplace.

Warwick Employability Challenge – £400 prize for winning team!

This challenge offers you the chance to gain a certificate demonstrating your employability skills, whilst simultaneously informing our institutional understanding around Employability. Contact your Head of Department or Director of Student Experience if you’d like to join your departmental team. Or, you can sign up as an individual to be allocated into a 'Wild Card' team! Make sure you sign up by Sunday 6 June!

Her Innovation Collective (HIC)

'Her Innovation Collective Online' is a Warwick Enterprise community that connects students with professional women who create, inspire, and lead. This term, the theme for the HIC Online programme is Women Innovate. Find out more about the sessions and speakers on the Warwick Enterprise website and register by Monday 14 June.
