To be eligible to attend the January 2025 Graduation ceremonies, you must complete the PGR examination process by 15 November at the latest. Advice and frequently asked questions can be found on the FAQs page.

There are two PhD travel grants available at Monash University and Warwick. The grants are a fantastic opportunity to connect with academics and fellow research students across the globe, expand your network, generate and share new ideas, and enhance your professional and personal development. The certificate is an accredited qualification in the Science, Engineering and Medicine Faculty. The programme is designed to enable PGRs to become successful doctoral researchers, undertaking world-leading research, improving research effectiveness, and maximising skills and knowledge for your future career. The Doctoral College invite applications from PhD students for one fully-funded place at the International PGR Christmas Conference taking place on 18 - 20 December. Visit the website for full details on the conference and how to apply. Applications close on 1 November.
