Wellbeing

Wellbeing Support - Managing Stress and Anxiety

We have all experienced lots of change over the last year or so and that change continues. Sometimes, change can be very unsettling and sometimes we manage change more easily than at others.  Find out more about this week's wellbeing theme around managing stress and anxiety, and explore the range of the available support options.

International Students and the new ‘Graduate Route’ Visa

If you are due to complete your course soon, and hold a Student or Tier 4 Visa, you may be starting to consider your next visa options. If you are considering applying for the new ‘Graduate Route’ visa, the Immigration Service provides lots of information to help you, and it’s particularly important to only apply at the point in time you are eligible. If you are currently studying remotely, it may also be important to ensure you are in the UK when your degree is conferred.

Best wishes,
