There have been some updates to the exam regulations for 2024-25, including submitting an online exam after the deadline or outside of the delivery system, mitigating circumstances for online exams, and more. Be aware of norovirus
Our local NHS trust have advised that cases of norovirus - the vomiting bug - are high across Coventry and Warwickshire. If you have been displaying symptoms of norovirus, you should avoid visiting campus where possible and not return to lectures until 48 hours after symptoms have stopped. We want to make sure our international student community has access to support resources and important updates.
- Did you know that over 50% of our international students have now created a UKVI account and registered for their e-Visa? If you haven’t already done so, why not watch these short videos. Remember to provide us with a Share Code once it's all done.
- Need help with your e-Visa? From 25 November, online appointments for e-Visa support will be available. This is in addition to the daily in-person drop-ins from 1.30-3pm, Monday – Friday in the Student Opportunity Hub, Senate House. Find out more on the e-Visa FAQ webpage and book an appointment via MyAdvantage if you prefer to get help online.

It's the most wonderful time of the year and we can't wait to kick off the festive season by turning on the Christmas Lights with you! Head to the Piazza to indulge in festive treats, sing along to Christmas music, crack on with your Christmas shopping at the market, and more.

Take part in a national campaign celebrating active women. We are calling Warwick women, of all backgrounds and ethnicities who feel left behind by traditional exercise, helping them to wiggle, jiggle and move. Try something new through a week of beginner-friendly sessions. Find out what’s on here.

Head over to Fusion Bar and play Mario Kart Wii with a live band on 22 November from 5-8pm. No tickets will be needed, but we will be taking £2 donations to watch and up to £5 donations to play which will be given to Movember, a charity that raises awareness for men's health issues.
