Hello Pgr,

Welcome to the first newsletter of the new academic year! We'll keep you up to date with what's on at Warwick in two short newsletters each week. You can always find more news and opportunities on our website and the MyWarwick app.

As we start the new year, we'd like to remind you that face coverings are a really vital part of our community effort to keep safe on campus. We all have a responsibility to protect both ourselves and others, so please do wear a face covering when you are moving around crowded or enclosed spaces, and when you are in learning, teaching, research and non-library managed study spaces.

We have more guidance on our Stay Safe at Warwick pages. Get a vaccine in our vaccination clinics this week and pick up a covid test 10-4 Monday to Friday.

Let's keep the dialogue going

Your feedback

Student feedback from last year has enabled us to work together with you to keep improving your experience. As you continue with blended learning this year, we’ll make sure we keep the dialogue going to hear what’s going well and areas we can work on.
You can talk with your course reps, who represent you on the Student Staff Liaison Committee, and take part in our surveys and questionnaires throughout the year. You can also and earn Amazon vouchers!

Wellbeing

Wellbeing Support Services - here to help

Wellbeing Support Services provide a range of services that can help you to develop the personal resources and skills you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of student life. Find out more about strategies and tips to help you take care of your wellbeing during the first weeks of term.

We'll be sharing more tips throughout the year, but you can reach out to the team if ever you need help and support with your wellbeing.

And finally...

We'd love to hear from you more this year, so we can share more stories from readers. If you're proud of your research, putting on an event, studying something exciting or starting something new you'd like to share, you can reach us at studentcomms@warwick.ac.uk.
