Hi everyone, welcome back to your final Doctoral College newsletter for the Spring Term. This week, apply for an international visiting fellowship opportunity, register your place at the Festival of Postgraduate Research taking place on 12 May, and attend an online workshop to share your insights on the Doctoral Values that matter to you.
Don't forget that this week, the PREF 2025 survey has launched! Your feedback will help to improve the training and development provision for PGRs at Warwick.

NAIC Cafe (in the Lord Bhattacharyya Building) will be closed from 24 March - 28 April for essential flooring works. During this time, a pop-up coffee shop will open on the ground floor and an Eatwise van, serving food and drinks on the avenue between NAIC and University House. Upon re-opening, we are excited to introduce a refreshed Eatwise menu.

PGRs can request eyecare vouchers from the Doctoral College, if they are not eligible elsewhere (such as through a Unitemps or Graduate Teaching Assistant contract). For more information please visit this page.
The Fellowship for international PhD candidates is giving the opportunity to conduct short-term research in Israel. Fellows will work closely with leading Israeli researchers, gaining valuable experience in world-class academic institutions. Find out more and apply by 22 April.
Are you a female Postgraduate Researcher (PGR) or Early Career Researcher (ECR) balancing caring responsibilities? We want to hear from you! Join our focus groups to share your insights. Warwick Business School is excited to host the inaugural Summer School on 17 and 18 June, in partnership with King’s College London and Alliance Manchester Business School, offering a platform to explore this year’s theme of ‘new ways of working in health and care’. Have you registered for the final Doctoral Values session taking place tomorrow from 12pm-2pm? You will have the opportunity to network, collaborate and discuss what doctoral values look like for PGRs at Warwick, and receive a £25 voucher for participating.
