Your Week 1 Newsletter
Hi everyone, welcome back! We hope you had a relaxing Easter break and managed to catch some sunshine. As Term 3 kicks off, we know that it can feel overwhelming approaching exams and assessments – but you’re not alone.
This term, we’ll be sharing plenty of support, activities on campus, and handy resources to help you stay on track and have some fun along the way. You’ll be hearing from us every two weeks in Term 3, and keep an eye out for emails with exam tips and updates from your Marks, Modules, and Assessments team.

With a summer launch in sight, extensive testing is well underway, and the Brand Evolution Project team is preparing the tools and guidance to support you in moving to Warwick’s future brand. Find out more.

The NAIC Café (in the Lord Bhattacharyya building) will re-open after a brief period of closure with a new, Eatwise menu and name, Nexus Café by Eatwise. The café will be serving baked treats, sandwiches and salads to go, alongside a range of delicious hot meals. |

Planned downtime: Student Records System (SITS)
The Student Records System (SITS) will not be available from 4pm on Thursday 8 May to 5pm on Monday 12 May while we complete some essential maintenance. We’re doing all we can to minimise disruption.
During this time, please be aware that you won’t be able to access your academic record, update your student details, deregister from modules, check your university financial status, or make payments for fees or accommodation using Student Records Online.

If you have taken the time to share your university experience through the NSS 2025, we’d like to say a huge thank you for offering your valuable insights. Your views help us to improve the Warwick experience for future students like you. If you haven’t yet had the chance, you can complete the NSS before 30 April.

Come along to the Summer Careers Fair on Wednesday 7 May. This is the final careers fair of the academic year and offers you the opportunity to meet with a wide range of employers offering graduate positions, internships and work experience opportunities across a variety of sectors.

Your Wellbeing and Student Support team have a whole host of events to help boost your wellbeing this exam season. Get involved by drawing your feelings, dropping into exam anxiety support sessions and ADHD peer support groups. Take a break and come along.

Join us in Weeks 2, 4 and 5 to make props for the Global Illuminations Procession 2025. From tigers to moths and lotus flowers, we’ll be using different materials and mediums including sculpture, fabric, cardboard and recycled materials to bring your creations to life. Book your place! |
