Your Week 7 Newsletter
Hi everyone, welcome back to your student newsletter. We're almost at the end of the academic year, so we're asking you to reflect on your experience in the Student Feedback Survey - you could win 1 of 16 vouchers up to £100! This week is your last chance to have your say - don't miss out. Why not celebrate the end of the year at our student-led Arts Festival, with plenty of live performances? There are also opportunities to volunteer at the Festival. And don't forget to come along to our cinema screening of Wicked on the Piazza!

We are deeply sorry for the pain and upset caused by the recent draft version of our Trans Inclusion Code of Conduct, which was inadvertently published in error. In light of the Equality and Human Rights Commission Interim Guidance and legal developments we are continuing to review our policy.
We recognise that recent developments from the Supreme Court and the Office for Students’ decision about the University of Sussex have caused considerable concern for many members of our community. Warwick remains committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful and supportive community for everyone – read an update and FAQs.

This is your last opportunity to tell us how Term 3 is going, and enter to win 1 of 16 vouchers up to £100! The survey closes soon – please take a moment to have your say, so we can build a better Warwick together.
The Community Fridge is back — a joint initiative by Warwick Food Group, the Department of Chemistry, and the Energy and Sustainability Team. Anyone can donate or take food, with restocks from 5pm on Monday–Friday in the Science Concourse (over the bridge from the Library).

A blog by Junjie, MA student

“I’m still buzzing from an amazing VR adventure I had a few days ago - In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats. It threw me right into the heart of the 1989 Acid House rave culture. Even better, this incredible experience is coming to Warwick Arts Centre later this year…”
In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats is coming to Warwick Arts Centre between 29 September - 13 October 2025. Secure your discounted student ticket for just £10 using the code: UOW10RB.
