We're excited to announce that our new brand is here, and we've got a fresh new look! You can read more about our brand evolution and access the brand portal below. This week, we're also sharing opportunities to get involved in our IPCITI Conference, PGR focus groups, Fostering Belonging Workshop, and more.

To keep up to date with everything that’s happening over the summer, be sure to download the MyWarwick app and check out our Summer at Warwick pages, with details of activities, opening times and useful resources. Don't forget, wellbeing and other support services are still available to you over the summer, so please get in touch with the teams if you need anything.

Warwick’s evolved brand has officially launched!

Marking day one of a phased rollout that sets the stage for our future. Our evolved brand will elevate Warwick’s global reputation, aligning our visual identity and storytelling with the University’s purpose, values, and ambitions for 2030 and beyond. Guided by insights from over 10,000 opinions, including staff, students, and alumni, we’ve developed an evolved brand that reflects who we are today and what we aspire to become.  

The brand portal is your go-to resource for all brand-related items. Here you will find a suite of downloadable templates, such as PowerPoint templates, email signatures, poster templates and a thesis cover. The brand portal will help you apply our brand with confidence and consistency. 
To access the password-protected pages on the brand portal, please use your ‘U number’ followed by '@live.warwick.ac.uk'.

GET INVOLVED

Fight for Sight grant funding

Grants of up to £250,000 for up to three years are available for those proposing hypothesis-driven clinical or non-clinical stand-alone research projects that aim to address sight loss caused by any eye condition. See more information on the grant and how to apply.

IPCITI Conference: Modality, Mutability, and Mobility

We are pleased to share the call for papers for the 18th edition of the International IPCITI Conference. This year’s theme is ‘Modality, Mutability, and Mobility: Currents of Change in Translation and Interpreting’. The event is taking place on 13-14 November 2025 - please submit your abstracts by 25 July.

PGR Focus Groups 

A reminder that our PGR focus groups, following on from the Postgraduate Research Experience Survey, will take place on 7, 9, 14 and 16 July. Help us to gain a deeper understanding of your responses so that we can make improvements in key areas. Refreshments will be provided.  

Summer Holiday Scheme: Children aged 5-12

From 22 July - 29 August, we offer an inspiring range of educational, cultural and sporting activities to challenge, entertain and enthuse 5-12 year olds; developing the children's knowledge and skills while enabling them to make friends and have fun.
