Wellbeing

Togetherall

Togetherall is a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing. All members of the Warwick community can access 24/7 online support for mental health, together with other resources. All you have to do is register with Togetherall to start using the services.

Movember

Movember views mental health through a male lens throughout November. To support the cause, you can grow a moustache, get moving, or simply check in with someone you care about. If you need a safe place to share how you’re feeling, or to recommend to a friend, Togetherall is a good place to start.
