Wellbeing
Alcohol awareness
This week is Alcohol Awareness week. If you have any questions about alcohol and drug use, you can find information and learn where you can get help if you want it in Wellbeing Support Services' handy guide to alcohol and other drugs. There's an interactive moodle, Party Smart resources and information on antidepressants, study drugs and more. Take a look.
Drink spiking
Between 5 and 10 November West Midlands Police investigated 29 reports of spiking with drugs using new multidrug test kits. The kits can detect drugs within the system within minutes of the samples being taken. Find out more.
Report drink spiking via Report + Support
Drinks spiked with drugs or alcohol can make a person vulnerable. Make sure you recognise the symptoms of drink spiking and act quickly to get help if you've been spiked or help a victim of this crime, and report to the right people by following these steps.
