Dear Student

Following the recent email from our Vice-Chancellor Professor Stuart Croft, we are pleased to confirm further details of the July 2022 graduation celebrations. We hope that you will come together with your fellow graduates and the Warwick community to celebrate your achievements.

To support our planning, we ask that you click one of the buttons below no later than 15 December to advise whether or not you plan to attend the celebrations. To help you make your decision, please see further information below.

Please be aware that this is an expression of interest and does not act as your registration, which will follow closer to the time.

As a reminder, these celebrations will be held for all those who were unable to graduate in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic. (Please note that if you have subsequently completed a postgraduate qualification with Warwick, you may already have received separate communications about your graduation arrangements in January 2022.)

Date: From Friday 8 July - Friday 15 July. Dates and times of specific ceremonies will be communicated in early spring 2022.

Location: Central Campus, University of Warwick.

What’s included: The celebration will begin with a welcome and drinks reception, followed by a formal ceremony with the Presiding Officer.

Afterwards, our Festival Village on Windmill Hill will be open for refreshments, entertainment, and a host of activities to enjoy with your fellow graduates and guests.

Costs: The ceremonies are free of charge for those who are celebrating their graduation. Your robes, a formal photograph and a celebratory drink will be provided by the University. For your guests (maximum of two), there will be a non-refundable charge of £20 per person, payable upon registration for the event. The cost includes a drink per guest.

What you need to do now - action required

Please click on one of the buttons below to advise whether you plan to attend the graduation celebrations in July. Please be aware that, if you do not reply before the deadline, or respond that you are unable to attend, you will still receive a formal invitation closer to the time.

I am delighted that you are now a part of our 253,000-strong worldwide alumni community, and look forward to celebrating your time and achievements at Warwick together next summer.

Best wishes,

Dr Chris Twine
Academic Registrar
