Hello Student,

There's a new wellbeing module open to all students this week, designed to fit round your busy schedule. The course was developed based on research that suggests a better understanding of wellbeing improves wellbeing itself. Meet student Sara who's tried and tested the "Understanding Wellbeing" module.
Get thinking about careers and experience with the virtual international TeamWork programme and this term's Festival of Careers.
...and we have updates on this week's vaccination drop-ins, all the fun Warwick Presents events on offer in January and getting involved with TeamWarwick.

Your wellbeing journey - Understanding Wellbeing module

There's a new wellbeing module open to all students that fits alongside your studies and we spoke to Global Sustainable Development student Sara who's tried and tested it. Read 5 questions with Sara who tells us more about the course, how she's been putting her wellbeing learning into practice and what book she'd take to a desert island!

Research shows that higher wellbeing literacy improves wellbeing itself. Discover and better understand the crucial concept of your own wellbeing with the Understanding Wellbeing module. The module can be taken at your own pace and doesn't carry any CATS points. Take a look and start the module.

Student Opportunity and Events

TeamWork Virtual International Programme - a summer opportunity

Are you up for a challenge? Apply by 14 February for TeamWork - a part-time, virtual international experience programme, taking place for 4 weeks during Summer 2022. It brings together small teams of Warwick students and students from other top universities around the world, to collaborate on specific projects. Previous participants have shared their experiences too - read Adaora's experience of TeamWork.

Careers this term - Festival of Careers

The Festival of Careers runs throughout Term 2 and brings together a huge range of online events to connect you with employers, help you think about gaining and benefitting from work experience and support you to develop the core skills that a Warwick education can give you. Watch employer presentations on the Main Stage, develop skills in the Skills Tent and discover resources and online sessions in the Experience Zone.
