Campus and Community
This week is Sexual Violence Awareness Week
We're running a series of events to mark national Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week 2022. Join the Report and Support team who will be raising awareness, generating discussion among our communities, and breaking down the silence and stigma that surrounds sexual abuse and sexual violence, so that survivors can feel empowered to disclose their experiences and seek support. Find out more about the week's events, which includes an introduction to Warwick's current and emerging research, and register.
Warwick Presents - The Apprentice!
Get a team together and sign up for a day of challenges inspired by the BBC favourite 'The Apprentice'! Brought to you by Escape Live, we'll put you through a day of tasks and tests as you and your teammates try to beat the world-famous boardroom! Register your team now for this event on 12 March...
Celebrate LGBTQUA+ history month with film
Warwick Arts Centre has curated a number of films throughout February in celebration of LGBTQ+ history month. Come and watch The Watermelon Woman, the first feature film to be directed by a black lesbian; Happy Together, Wong Kar-Wai’s devastating tale of a relationship in turmoil, or Flee, an animated documentary of a refugee’s journey from Afghanistan to Denmark. Find your films.
Resonate Festival - free events for our City of Culture
Did you know we're hosting our very own festival as part of Coventry's year as the City of Culture? Our spring programme of festival events has something for everyone - there's a creative writing workshop right here on campus, performances at the Canley Community Centre, and exhibitions all over Coventry.

Your SU: campus bus service update
Welfare and Campaigns Officer Charlton Sayer has been working with Stagecoach to make improvements to the bus service following an increase in use, as COVID restrictions ease. Read more about Charlton's update and find out about Warwick’s West Midlands Bus On Demand service which bridges the gap between a bus and a taxi (including a code for two free rides).
