Dear Student
This summer, students who graduated in absentia in Summer 2020, Winter 2021 and Summer 2021 are invited back to campus for a belated and thoroughly deserved moment to recognise your achievement. We are organising a very special graduation celebration that will ensure your return to Warwick is as memorable and rewarding as it possibly can be. We hope that you will be able to join us as Warwick Celebrates your achievements alongside your fellow graduates.
We were in touch in November to ask you to register your interest for the celebrations, and advised that we would follow up with specific dates and times to support in your planning.
We can now confirm all events will take place from Tuesday 5 July-Friday 15 July 2022 - view the full schedule. Please make a note of the relevant ceremony date and time and hold this in your calendar.
Registration will open late March/early April and we will share more information about the plans for the day then.

Robing company Ede and Ravenscroft (E&R) will be supporting the University in managing registration and bookings for the ceremonies. This means we will need to share limited information (your full name, student ID, course and award data) with E&R to ensure the registration process is as simple and easy as possible. No other personal data will be shared, and the data gathered will only be used to enable you to register your attendance. After the ceremony, your personal data will be deleted by E&R. If you will not be attending your graduation ceremony, and do not wish for your personal data to be shared with E&R, please complete this form before 13 March 2022.

I am delighted that you are now a part of our 264,000-strong worldwide alumni community, and look forward to celebrating your time and achievements at Warwick together in July.

Best wishes,
Dr Chris Twine
Academic Registrar
