Student Opportunity and Events
Do you think you have found an innovative solution to a problem or challenge?
Apply by 28 February for a proof of concept grant and use the funds to make your project, social enterprise or start-up become reality. You have the opportunity to apply for a grant of up to £500 per competition round, and £1000 in total per academic year. You'll be able to access development support, workshops and networking opportunities.
Join a workshop to develop your entrepreneurial ideas
Sign up for our workshop on Thursday 24 February, 5pm - 6.30pm to develop your innovative and entrepreneurial ideas using concepts drawn from design thinking and key innovation concept books. The session will be led by two of Warwick's Innovation Fellows.
BBC Quiz Show 'The 3rd Degree' is coming to Warwick and you're invited!
Come along to watch three brave students take on their professors in a battle of wits, as they go head to head on BBC show 'The 3rd Degree' this Friday (25 February). The questions range from Barthes to Beyoncé and no two shows are the same. Doors open at 17:40 ready for the recording to begin at 18:00 in the Warwick Arts Centre Studio. Take part in a survey which aims to better understand gender-based violence at universities
Following on from Sexual Violence Awareness Week, we’re supporting UniSafe, a project created to better understand the prevalence of gender-based violence in research performing organisations and universities. Whether you've experienced gender-based violence or not, your input will contribute to the largest research project of its kind in Europe. Find out more and take part in the anonymous UniSAFE survey.
Tri-Grid Challenge
Need a fun and sociable activity challenge to give you some Spring motivation? Look no further than the term 2 Tri-Grid Challenge.
