Learning, teaching and research

Showcase your research at an international conference!

Planning is underway for this September’s International Conference of Undergraduate Research. Supported by the Monash Warwick Alliance and co-created with students, ICUR is a two-day conference showcasing the best in undergraduate research from around the world. The call for abstracts is now open - find out more and take part.

Explore the brain in an interdisciplinary research conference - all welcome

Join a network of like-minded people to ask and answer the big questions around how we think, and how our thoughts impact our lives in an interdisciplinary research conference from the Behaviour, Brain & Society Global Research Project team. The event will feature talks from academics across campus who will explore the brain from a Neuro-anatomical, Neuro-physiological, Neuro-Economical and Psychological view point. Find out more and register.

Take an interdisciplinary module next academic year

The Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL) provides a range of 15 CATS modules available to all undergrads in second years and above (if it works with your course). You'll work with students and academics from right across the university, developing new ways of understanding the world by making connections between ideas, experiences and practice across multiple disciplines. Join a short online information session to find out about the modules on offer on 9 March.

Check your assessment registration data in Tabula

If you are taking exams in the summer, you should check your assessment registration data in Tabula. If you spot any errors in your assessment registrations (i.e. you believe the assessment method shown does not reflect what you registered for earlier in the year) you should contact your department and let them know. They will either resolve directly, or liaise with the Examinations Team on your behalf to resolve any issues prior to the publication of the timetable.
