Good afternoon! There are events for postgraduates throughout the vacation, and we also have details of events, support and services available over the break. We have two opportunities for paid project officer positions, perfect for postgraduate researchers. And find out how to become a human book in our Human Library event. Spring vacation at the PG Hub

Keep in touch with your postgraduate community over vacation! Try your hand at Esports, spring crafting, or come to one of our regular weekly events in the PG Hub and Wolfson Research Exchange. Find out more.

'Maskulinities’ Project Officer role

Applications are now open to those studying and working at Warwick to join a pilot project between the Report and Support team, the Community Values Education Programme team, and the Students’ Union. The ‘Maskulinities’ project explores the role of men and male identifying students in addressing gender-based violence, sexism, and homophobia and will create resources to support preventative work and bystander action within clubs and societies. Apply before 27 March.

Human Library

Do you have a story to tell? Are you interested in sharing your experiences with others? Book applications are open for our next Human Library event on 12 May. Find out more and apply to be a Human Book.

PGR Project Co-ordinator

We've been awarded funding together with the University of Nottingham, the University of Leeds and the University of Edinburgh (Scottish Graduate School of Social Science) by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) to undertake a project to define, measure and support success for postgraduate researchers from diverse backgrounds during 2022. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to develop and support the delivery of this work. Student conference: Building a research community

Take part in this student conference that creates space to explore different ways of 'knowing' and doing research, networking , sharing ideas and research. The conference programme is the outcome of a consultation with Warwick and Coventry University students and is designed to be interactive with opportunities to share research ideas and experiences, connect with others and have fun! The conference is free and open to students from Warwick and Coventry universities.

PG virtual open days

Thinking of further study after you graduate? Join a Postgraduate Virtual open day, choosing from all our academic departments, on 30 March and 2 April. Listen in on academic sessions such as sample lectures, seminars and Q&As, sessions on how to apply, and chat with current students. Resonate 2022 - join a festival right here on campus!

Resonate 2022 is a three-day extravaganza on campus between 19-21 April that brings Coventry’s tenure as UK City of Culture towards its conclusion. Discover over 50 free events encompassing the arts, sciences and humanities; performances, talks and public conversations, exhibitions, film screenings, tours, activities and so much more. Find out more and book onto our amazing events encompassing everything from Shakespeare to science, and featuring artists and speakers such as Lemn Sissay, Ruth Jones, Jaspreet Kaur and Yuanfan Yang.

Take part in a survey that aims to better understand gender-based violence at universities

Take part in UniSAFE, a project created to better understand the prevalence of gender-based violence in research performing organisations and universities. Whether you've experienced gender-based violence or not, your input in taking the survey will contribute to the largest research project of its kind in Europe.
