Wellbeing

Work-life balance during term 3

This week's wellbeing theme is work-life balance, something that's easy to overlook as exams and assessments get underway. If you're finding things difficult, try a ‘Managing your Wellbeing while Studying Remotely’ video presentation containing advice and tips such as finding a schedule that suits you, and not blurring the lines between work and leisure time. You can also sign up to a ‘Work Life Balance’ skills session to explore more ways to achieve the right balance for you.

If you would like to speak to someone at Wellbeing, please access our Wellbeing Portal where you can join a virtual queue for a brief consultation with an adviser, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.
