Managing exams and deadlines

Exams and assignment deadlines can bring on nerves, stress and anxious thoughts, so it’s helpful to recognise these feelings and strategise how to best manage them. This will also support you in completing exams and deadlines more calmly. We have some great tips on managing deadlines and exam stress to help you through these times. Why not join our next Steps to Wellbeing session on Managing Uncertainty on Friday 27 May - register by 26 May for a place! We also have a masterclass on Feeling Good and Functioning Well which goes through the importance of maintaining your wellbeing and key tips to better support you in not only your study, but day-to-day life.

If you would like to speak to someone at Wellbeing, please access our Wellbeing Portal where you can join a virtual queue for a brief consultation with an adviser, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.
