Today we have details of an On Track PGR wellbeing masterclass, Foundations for Wellbeing drop-in sessions, and development and careers sessions for researchers. There are opportunities to join an internship experience network and free Basic Life Support training. PGR News

On Track – PGR Wellbeing Masterclass

Join our session in the Research Exchange in collaboration with Wellbeing Support Services on Wednesday 8 June, 2pm-3pm, to hear some strategies for dealing with some of the common issues encountered by PGR students, and learn some tips for maintaining your wellbeing.

Foundations for Wellbeing

Take a break in the Postgrad Hub with Wellbeing Support Services, and learn some simple things you can incorporate into your day in order to stay active! Upcoming drop-in sessions are held on Wednesdays between 2-3pm and include: Keeping Active on 1 and 15 June, Sleep, Rest and Relaxation on 15 and 29 June. Find out more here.

Researcher Development Online

The Summer RDO programme is here and bookable. To support you through the next few months we have continued the Research Methods series, PhD in Second language, Writing series, and support for your wellbeing, creativity and productivity. So have a look, it's all still delivered online.

Next Steps Careers Series

We have a new career series called Next Steps! Next Steps is a blend of both in-person and online events to support you through your decision making for your career. There will be weekly themes starting 30 May. To name a few: Get your career discussions started, Post PhD - Staying in academia, Preparing for Leadership, and many more. We're partnering with Bright Network this summer for their free, three-day virtual internship experience from 20-22 June. Enjoy sessions, networking opportunities and ask questions of world-leading employers. Free Basic Life Support training - 7 June

As part of our Community Values Education Programme, we are delighted to be able to provide free European Resuscitation Council accredited Basic Life Support training. The training is in-person, intensive, interactive and delivers training on CPR and AED use to enable you to respond effectively in an emergency situation. No prior knowledge is necessary and the course is being provided for free thanks to Dr Chris Smith, Jade Wilmot and their team from Warwick Medical School. Sign up to attend the course on 7 June between 9am - 1pm.

Find out how we're marking the Queen's Platinum Jubilee

This year we have a range of events coming up to celebrate the Jubilee! We're looking forward to the beginners poetry workshop on Wednesday 1 June, between 1-3pm at Warwick Arts Centre. Dramatist and writer, Dzifa Benson, will lead participants in creatively exploring the wider meaning of what the Jubilee represents in a diverse 21st Century Britain. Check out our page for more events.

Tri-Grid Challenge

Are you in need of a fun and sociable activity challenge to give you a much needed break from exams and deadlines? The term 3 Tri-Grid Challenge is the perfect solution.
