Wellbeing

Managing Stress, Anxiety and Change

While change is a part of life and can be managed well at times, it can also be very unsettling. It can be difficult and bring on anxiety. If feeling stressed and anxious is affecting your day-to-day life, then we have lots of support for you including self-help pages on stress and anxiety. These contain evidence-based strategies that can help you feel calmer and more in control. For changes, the Managing Change Masterclass has lots of information, tips and support. To help build your skills to manage these feelings, you may want to watch a Feeling Good and Functioning Well masterclass. There is also a Sleep and Relaxation session on Tuesday 21 June which you can register for by midnight tonight.

If you would like to speak to someone at Wellbeing, please access our Wellbeing Portal where you can join a virtual queue for a brief consultation with an adviser, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.

Best wishes,
