Summer wellbeing at Warwick

Wellbeing and Student Support remain open as usual throughout summer. Brief consultations are available every Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm and can be accessed via the Wellbeing Portal or by dropping in during these hours on the ground floor of Senate House. Online support and advice are available to all Warwick students 24/7 from Togetherall

Our Steps to Wellbeing sessions are also running during July and August - register for Managing Stress and Anxiety, and Productivity and Work Life Balance sessions. Our Feeling Good and Functioning Well masterclass also continues to be available on demand.

If you would like to speak to someone at Wellbeing about this or anything else that you would like some advice on, please access the Wellbeing Portal where you can join a virtual queue for a brief consultation with an adviser, Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.

Understanding Wellbeing moodle

During the vacation, why not take time to complete our Understanding Wellbeing moodle? This module will guide you to discover and better understand the crucial concept of wellbeing. Explore wellbeing from different viewpoints, ranging from scientific, economic, psychological, and philosophical perspectives, in order to create a holistic understanding of this complex concept. You will also develop your understanding of wellbeing as a global and societal phenomenon.
