Hello Pgr

Today we're highlighting opportunities to take an active role in the Institutional Teaching and Learning Review, attend the CyberWomen@Warwick conference, join our Student Panel, and sign up to the Warwick Award! We have an Active Bystander training course you can sign up to, and Wellbeing resources to support you.

Let's keep the dialogue going

Join our Student Panel

There’s still time to register to join our student panel. It’s really important to us to hear your views and experiences so we can understand what’s going well and where we can improve. Every now and then we’ll send you an email asking you to join an online focus group, schedule a 1-2-1 interview or take part in a poll. You’ll receive an Amazon voucher for taking part in focus groups and interviews. For surveys, we'll enter you into a prize draw.

The panel is open to everyone. We want to be able to speak to and hear from students from different backgrounds, study levels, courses, course types and course durations (part-time or full-time). Sign up for the student panel.

Support and safety

Active Bystander training

Our whole community can work together to help keep everyone at Warwick safe. Being an active bystander means being aware of when someone's behaviour is inappropriate or threatening and choosing to challenge it either yourself or with the help of others (if it's safe to do so). You can now register your interest for our active bystander training course in term 1 or 2 and explore other resources.

5 ways to Wellbeing

Every week we will have a different Wellbeing theme to highlight, and week 2 is our 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Evidence suggests there are 5 steps you can take to improve your mental health and wellbeing. Trying these things could help you feel more positive and able to get the most out of life; connecting with those around you, being active, taking notice and being in the moment, learning, and giving. Check out our page for advice and support on how to take these steps.

Best wishes,
