Wellbeing: Productivity
This week's wellbeing theme is productivity. At times, we may notice changes in our productivity. For example, we may have periods of heightened productivity, where our workload is well managed, and we meet deadlines with ease. However, these periods of high productivity may be followed by periods where we struggle to get started with our work, leading to mounting pressures to meet deadlines. If you find yourself struggling, please take a look at our self-help resources on writer's block, procrastination, and time management.
Active Bystander Intervention micro-course
This micro-course will introduce what it means for you to be an active bystander, and how you can help create a safe and welcoming community at Warwick. As an added bonus, students who complete the course will get a free Greggs sausage roll voucher (meat or vegan).
