Wellbeing: Relaxation
As we head towards the end of term, you may find you have more time to relax and unwind. After a really busy term, it is important to prioritise time to recover in order to replenish your resources ready for the next challenge. A good starting point is making sure that your Foundations of Wellbeing are in place. If you're struggling to relax, you may find the tips on our Relaxation page helpful. You can also look at our list of library resources specifically aimed at relaxation.
